The Ranks

All our cadets start off as recruits of which we have an in take twice a year following an open evening. As recruits you will work towards a set of standards which will demonstrate your competence as a future cadet. It isn't neccesary that recruits wear uniform but when they rank up to cadet they will then have to start wearing the uniform provided.

If a recruit is prepared to work hard they will progress through the ranks of corporal, sergeant, flight sergeant and it is even possible to become a 'Cadet Warrant Officer' as highlighted below.
